Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

"The divorce decree has to be recognized here in the Philippines. This will entail you a petition for recognition of foreign divorce and there are certain requirements."

Question: How do i get the divorce recognized in the Philippines? What are the requirements and how long would it take, and how much would it cost? Does the process requires my appearance?

Thanks
