Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My ex-boyfriend and I got a baby when I was working back in Japan, but I was Married then with a Japanese guy and I was using fake name or false idenity, now I got deported and back in the Philippines and the problem now is my son was named after my fake name and his real dad was not on his birth certificate and his real dad is now tryingto work on his dual citizenship as a filipino-american but we dont know what we need to do.. Please help us thank you!

If the child was registered through the Philippine consulate then there is a need to file a petition to cancel and correct the Certificates of Live Birth in court.
