Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

what can i do to the father of my children because he abandon them for almost 8-9 months now.. he is a chinesse and lives in hongkong. he never call and he stop the financial support to my kids without giving his reasons why? please help me.. thanks

Even if you file a case against him if he is not here then it will just be a paper victory. But you can initiate filing RA 9262 for his failure to give support.
