Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

my father has two kids from her mistress but that was happened almost 22 years and they got separated in that time,but i want to file a case against to that girl even though its almost 22 years when that happened,what case do i have to file against to her?

Prescription may have set in due to the passage of time.Thus, you may no longer prosecute her criminally for adultery and concubinage. However, you can file a civil case for damages.
