fiance visa adoption

can my american fiance get me a fiance visa and another visa for my 4yr-old son from my previous marriage at the same time? we plan to get married in the US and he will adopt my son after.

Yes, your American fiance can file a K-1 (Fiancee Visa) Petition for you. He can include your son in the petition that he would file for you and your son will be issued a K-2 visa, simultaneously with you and you can thus bring your son to the US. Dear Sir/Madam,

You would not be able to secure both visas at the same time. The first thing you would have to secure is a fiancee visa for you. The visa for your son will have to follow later on.
