Fil-Am expat wants to know how to serve divorce summons from U.S. court on Fil-Am spouse living in Philippines.

His lawyer should coordinate with a local lawyer here and have the summons to be served to the spouse. Then a report by way of an Affidavit of Service will be prepared by the process server.
