i want to file bigamy against my husband. do i have to prove that the 1st wife is alive before our marriage so i can win the bigamy case? is marriage contract enough proof for bigamy case.

What are you really trying to do?

1 - Get an annulment on the grounds that your marriage is bigamous

2 - Send your husband to jail for the crime of Bigamy
