would it be possible for me to file a complaint against my husband who is having extra marital affairs? Affairs, because not just on one woman but many of them. I found it through fake facebook account of his, the conversation they had, and i was able to talk to(through sms) one of these women. he is now in US, i want him to be deported, is that possible?thanks

Yes for violation of RA 9262.Marital infidelity is a form of psychological violence under the said law.
