Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

good day! i need a legal advice. my husband filed for an annulment recently and he said that there's no need for me to answer the summon, i don't undrstand I thought we're ok now. I wanted to know if i will not answer the summon what wwill happen to mu son and I? pls aadvise.

If he includes the custody issue you have to file an answer and contest the annulment.
