good day!thanks for the help.but i have another question to you hope it's ok with you...

my question is is it possible for my cousin to change the surname of her daughter?she wanted to use her maiden name/surname.her daughter uses the surname of her father but now she wanted to change it,and as what i have said in my previous email they're not married.thanks so much,indeed it is a big help for my cousin as well as to all of us.thanks again.GODBLESS and more power!

To change the surname, she needs to file a petition in court.
