good evening! i just want to ask if it's compulsory to declaire the illegitimate child as one of the beneficiary? how many percent does an illegitimate child should receive for monthly allowance? is it a criminal case if we're only giving financial support that we can afford? because the girl wants to have an increase for monthly support, but we can't afford that much. then she's planning to go to poea to file a case against my husband? please reply as soon as possible. thanks so much.

Any person can be designated as beneficiary of the allotment. The basis of support is the capacity of the giver and the needs of the recipient.
