good morning! just want to ask if it's a criminal case if my husband cannot afford the monthly allowance that the mother of his illegitimate child is asking? thanks and more power.

If he will not give a single centavo by way of support despite the demand then he can be charged criminally for violation of RA 9262 as an act constituting economic violence, failure to give support.
