Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

good morning! my husband's salary is around 15,000 monthly. i just want to ask how much should his illegitimate child receive monthly as an allowance. the mother of his child has also an obligation financially, not just my husband, am i right attorney? is it a criminal case if my husband will not declaire his illegitimate child as a beneficiary? please reply as soon as possible. thank you so much.
