good morning! kung hindi po ba idedeclaire na may illegitimate child ka sa contract mo sa work at hindi gawin beneficiary, grounds po ba yun for falsification of documents? thanks so much.

No unless there is a question regarding the existence of an illegitimate child and the answer is no when in fact he has an illegitimate child. Check the Information Sheet and see if there were personal circumstances falsified by the seafarer.
