Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i haved 1 daugther to my first husband and he not give him a support,my daugther is 14 yrs old nw,and i want him to give her a financial support,but my husband ignore it,,,i file demand for him to support my daughter and my husband also want file a demand me for adultery because i have a new family for my second husband and i haved 2 childrens.,,what can i do?please help me give me an advice thank you.

You cannot prevent your husband to file a case against you. But you can file a violation for RA 9262 because your husband has not been giving support.This is an economic violence.
