Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I heard a Filipino husband has the right to kill his cheating wife if he catches her in flagrante delicto with her lover. Does the Filipina wife have the same right? To kill her philandering husband if she catches him "in the act" with his lover?

The interpretation is not correct. No one has a right to kill anybody. What the law says when a spouse caught his/her spouse having sexual intercourse with someone else and kills him/her immediately thereafter then the penalty is simply destierro. This means a accused will be prohibit to enter within a certain radius.
