Hello

can two foreigners get married in the Philippines, one of them younger than 18, under muslim marriage law? would they get marriage certificate?

for example: one from Jordan, the other from Egypt, to get married in the Philippines,}.

if that is allowed by the Muslim law then they can get married. Anyway, its their national law that applies to them.
