My husband is having an affair, i had prematurely gave birth to our baby. And the mistress was harassing me the time i was pregnant. They're the reason of my premature birth. Can i sue them? What specifically?

Yes, for your husband RA 9262 as his marital infidelity constitute psychological violence under the said law and for the other woman it could be adultery. You can also sue them for damages.
