Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My husband had an affair with two women and unfortunately both of them had bore his child. We have a small business and I want him to be obliged to support our three kids with their studies. How will I have to do it?What law governs this matter? How much should I get from him to support our kids?He gives me 4k weekly and I asked him to pay the tuition fees of our kids... I would just like to make sure that he will continue to support my children for we his legal family.
