Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

my husband cheated on me for 2 years till now,i haven't done anything hoping that he'll change.before he said he doesn't want to live with me and our daughter because he chooses his other lady.last may i found out his living already with his lady for 3 months her in manila.when he found out i already got a job we see each other many times even if his living with the girl already.he promised me that if the girl went back to agusan del norte to her he will live with me again.the 3 of us talk he choses me in front of the girl and told her he wil ive with me,not knowing it was just way of showing me he chooses me,just a show.wen the girl went back to the province i found out they still have a relationship and still communicate with each other.last oct.19 town fiesta in the girls place my husband went to agusan cause they have the same province.they both meet their he even give his mobile phone to the lady.when he came back here in manila we see each other i didn't mind anymore if he lied to me.but the girl is disturbing me shes texting me ,forwarding all the messages my husband texted her.it really hurts me,is their a big chance for me if i file a case against my husband?is the pictures and txt messages enough for to use it as evidence,i want to give him a lesson what should i do?
