Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My husband has an ex girlfriend who has been stalking on his facebook, cellphone etc and has been pointing to my husband as the father of her child. This child however has a real father and in fact she is using the guy's surname. We dont understand why she keeps on pointing to my husband as the father when everyone knows that the child has a know father - and that is not my husband. My husband also denied that already and in fact told the girl that he doesnt recognize the child. Up to now, the girl is trying to connect and in fact even to our other relatives, she keeps on asking about my husband and even posted pics of her child. My husband blocked this girl already so she wont be able to find him. But again she tries to connect with other members of the family. This is annoying already and my husband feels that he is being harrassed. Is there a law protecting a family on this? Can we file a case against this person?
