Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

My husband leave for abroad 2 1/2 years ago without my approval. Before he left, he said he just have to leave to grant his mother request for only 2 years. But now, he can't go home because he said his boss is not allowing him to leave the company. What should I do? I'm not happy in this situation.

Try considering to follow your husband even on a vacation and from there talk the issue before resorting to legal actions.
