illegitimate child
does the mother of an illegitimate child has still the right to ask for support even after 3 years?and even if the said father of the child doesnt acknowledge him because the mother refused to get married when all was set.

yes. however, you have to go to court and file a case for judicial recognition of filiation against the father. in the same case you can also demand for support.

Yes. But filiation should be proved first in the court if the father refuses to recognize child
