how long normally is the annulment process? my girl friend and i paid for annulment through a filipino lawyer back in the summer 2011 and he is not responding to me and my girl friend, we call him on a daily bases. so we would like to know the general time frame please

My suggestion is for you to secure the details involving the case such as the case title, the court where the case is pending and its docket number.Once you have those details why not send a representative to follow up the case in court.In that way you will know the status of the case and need not wait indefinitely.
