about marriage

hello

just want to ask

what if the couple preformed the wedding ceremony. but there is no contract or any trace of paper evidence that they are married will the marriage be legal??

If there is no marriage license and marriage contract, the marriage is merely voidable and not necessarily void. The offended party may file a petition to declare the marriage void.
