Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Where not married but we have 3 children.my common law spouse dont have a job and i have a good job to support my children.my twins are turning 4yrs old and my youngest is 2yrs old.i have a chance to get them because my common law spouse now a new common law spouse?

You did not state if your common law spouse is the mother or the father of your children. However, if you are the mother then custody belongs to you. In that case you have a chance.
