Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

hi i'm married for 4 years now., we have a our first baby and just last December she gave birth to a baby boy., and im not the father of that baby boy., it that a ground for annulment?

If your consent in getting married was obtained by fraud such as fraud by way of concealment by the wife of the fact that at the time of the marriage, she was pregnant by a man other than her husband. In that case it can be a ground for annulment.
