Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i am a mistress and have a child to my partner that had a wife. He's refusing to give support to my child because her wife tell him not to. He also doesnt want to acknowledge my child because of his wife although he knew from the start the he is the father. Can i force him to give support to my child

of course yes. If he is the bio father, he is liable to give child support.
