How to obtain a copy of a marriage license from the Phillippines of someone who may have got marriage there illegally.

You may obtain a certificate of singleness from the

National Statistics Office by filing an application at their website:

https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Secure/frmIndex.asp

The certificate will show if a person is legally married in the Philippines or not.
