i catch my husband living with another woman,she is single and working in the government institution.What case will i file for her?wha t about my husband?

If the circumstances will fall on acts enumerated as concubinage then you can file a concubinage case against your husband. The paramour should be included as party defendant in the said concubinage case. Or you can file an adultery case against the single lady impleading your husband as party defendant.
