permit to travel

my marriage has been annulled and I was granted the full custody of my 2 minor kids (aged 4 and 7) we are leaving for the US on a fiancee visa this coming Feb 15 with my kids as my derivatives, can my husband file something which can stop us from leaving the country? pls. help my husband has been screwing up
