Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i was petitioned thru fiancee visa but we did not get married but i got pregnant i was send back home in the philippines. What rights do i have regarding my situation?

Your would be child has a right to claim for support from the putative father.However, there is an issue on how you can enforce it because the father is out of the Philippine court's jurisdiction.
