Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Pls help me my husband is a seaman do i have a rigth to demand the 80% of his sallary i only got 32.5%..we are legally maried for 1year and 6months we dnt have a kid he is emmotionaly abusing me..do i have the right to change what he has declared in thier office..if ther is what should i do..what is the proper procedure..plz i really nid your help..

Although the law mandates the remittance of 80% of the earnings of the seafarer it does not mean that all of the 80% should be given to you. It only means that he should remit all 80% here in the Philippines. You can file a complaint at the POEA against your husband.
