is it posible a man can marry more than once?

got a boyfriend,he told me he is currntly separtd with his wife for 21/2 yrs now.we have plans for getting married,will this be possible for us,he got a single child.What shall we do if we need already to get married.pls help 2 get advice.In the philippines,no divorce is allowed.

I assume your fiance is a Filipino. You are right, there is no divorce under Philippine jurisdiction. What he can do is to file a Petition for Declaration of Nullity of his marriage. He could not remarry even abroad until and unless the Decree of Nullity is issued by a competent court here. Please email me for further queries.
