Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i want to seek a legal advice about my current situation. kinasal po ako sa taong 2009 sa ibang bansa(middle east) i was converted muslim kc po arab yung napangasawa ko ngayon may isa po kaming anak na 1yr and 3 months nagdivorce po kami at hindi ko po nakuha yung anak ko dahil sa law nila sa bansa po nila. noong umuwi po ko sa bansa natin nafound out ko na buntis po ulit ako ngayon po ang ikinatatakot ko po kung makukuha niya po sa akin ulit ang bata... i am giving birth po dito sa pilipinas.. thank you very much po!

He can no longer take away your second child because under the Family Code, children below 7 years of age should be in the custody of the mother unless there is a court order awarding custody of the child to his father.
