Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Hello, I have been separated with my husband for 14yrs, and we have no children. He tried to file the annulment but it was dismissed in yr 2000. Now that he has a child with another woman. I would like to file the annulment, my problem is I am not in the Philippines, I am working abroad. I would like to know how I can do this and how long?

You can try reading the tell me about page regarding annulment of my website. Here is the link http://philattorney.com/tell-me-about/annulment-in-the-philippines-philippine-law-firm-lawyers/

Meanwhile, you can start it by submitting to a clinical evaluation by a clinical psychologist. Then once a report has been made that is the time a petition can be prepared. It will be sent to you for your signature and authentication before the Philippine consulate. You may send it back for filing in court. The hearings can be scheduled on your available dates.

I can explain the full details if you can email me at [email protected]
