i have a step father who does not allow me to have the property of my mother

It is not clear by what right you are claining on the property of your step mother. The legitimate successor of your step mother is your step father.Unless your step mother included you in her last will and testament you cannot claim any right. Moreover, it is not clear whether your step mother is still alive or already deceased so much so you are claiming any right to her property. Good luck you.
