Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I am a wife of an overseas worker, He worked abroad as a nurse. He's been there since 2008, and yet he just support us during his 1st year abroad. He seldom communicates us, For some years he never send us financial support. I have one son and a public teacher. My salary as a teacher is not enough to sustain our lives. I almost think already of putting an end on our marriage, hes such an irresponsible husband. What legal action can you give to me. Please help me so I can demand support from him

The problem is the limitation on our jurisdiction over your husband who is now residing abroad. Unless he comes here any case you file against him would be useless.
