Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines
Firstly, I thank you so much for answering my previous question regarding spy camera and anti-wire tapping.
The situation is now different. Quite near our residence there are people who throw garbage. Can I use my Spy Camera to evidence their indiscriminate dumping of garbage near our house with me free from possible dangers of being sued for Anti-wire tapping?

Why don't you coordinate this matter to your barangay so they will summon those caught in the act throwing garbage.
