Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines

Good day! my dear lawyer.. My case begin like this When I was a child my parents left me and my concern relatives adopted me and the one that adopts me didn't know if i was baptized so they decided to baptize me in order for me to go to school. And now i am already 17 years old i had discover that my parents baptized me when i was a child same name as i used but different birth date and i want to use my original birth certificate and now the problem how could i use my real birth certificate if my records is on the 2nd birth certificate... pls. help me... It's my pleasure to hear your advice my dear expert lawyer..

You did not state whether your certificates of live birth have been registered before the Local Civil Registrar having jurisdicition of your birth and the NSO. Assuming that both appears on the record of the NS,O what you can do is to file a petition to cancel the erroneous certificate of live birth and retain the correct one. Good luck to you.
