Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines

Hi good day!!!!! my son is not getting financial support from his dad, the father is spanish but working now in china, i wanna ask what to do in order for my son to get financial support?...thanks

Since your husband is out of the country the filing of a complaint for support is not a better option. Our courts cannot acquire jurisdiction over his person.Why not try to write him a letter and inform him about the need for support by your son. Unless you went to China and initiate a complaint for support against this person you cannot compel him to support your son.
