Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines
I recently yelled at a man (no threats at all, just yelled) to move his car. He wrote a letter to me (3 days later - got my address from my license plate) and said I scared him and he has a heart condition and it posed a serious threat to his life. He wants to sue me (civil, I guess). Again, never threatened him, never touched him, made two statements with a loud voice: Move your car, move your effin' car! I was rude, but did I break any laws?

Yes, you have committed unjust vexation in the same way that the man committed unjust vexation when he parked his car in a manner that blocks your way. You can also sue him.
