Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Philippines
Thank you for your response to my question, I stated we had a Title, well, a Homestead Patent Deed awarded to our grandfather in 1923, and someone has always lived on the property, the (3) water permits on our property is in my name, If they expropriate, what Happens to my water permits?

Check the provisions on the water permit as to the effect of subsequent acquisition of the property by way of expropriation. But the effect is that you can no longer use it as the accessory (water permit) follows the principal (land).
