Legal Question in Health Care Law in Philippines
My wife just recently gave birth. I settled 20k of the 27k hospital bill, I signed a promissory note for the remainder and left an "item" in the hospital's possession. Is it legal for them to disclose to my relatives that I signed a promissory note and they're following up on the bill payment? Deadline stated on the promissory note isn't due yet.
