Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines

thanks for the answer on first question. But there is more, my husband want me to process my paperworks even if that he got deployed on baghdad iraq, cuz he want before he get done his contract on iraq he want me to be on states together with him as soon as possible.Is there's any way how to process it? Actually he will get done on his contract on iraq next year.

It can be done. We have processed so many spouse visas for US Citizens working in Iraq either as members of the Armed Forces of the United States or as US Defense Contractor (like KBR).

The processing would take about a year and if your husband is returning to the US next year, that is so much better.
