Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines

I was born in the American base in Olongapo on 1989. My mother and my father were married, but she was Filipino and he was an immigrant working for the US Navy at the time. He's become a US citizen now but he doesn't look like he's got plans to take me with him. Does the location of my birth on the base make me a citizen?

If on the date of your birth the US Bases was already abolished by the Philippine government then you cannot derive citizenship by place of birth with the American government. I think the US Bases Agreement was abrogated when the Philippine Senate voted no for its ratification. Just check when it was abrogated" was it before your birth or after your birth. If after your birth then the US Bases is considered an extension of US territory at the time of your birth. However, you have to engage a US immigration lawyer to confirm your rights.
