Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
Hi. My boyfriend is applying for an immigrant visa in the US, petition by his mother. If he was granted the visa, is he allowed to marry me?.. or have to stay for 2 to 5 years in the US before he can marry? so as not to affect his Citizenship?

Hello:
He can marry whenever he wants. However, if he is coming on a nonimmigrant visa, then there would have to be some time that would pass before the marriage. I need some more facts. Please contact me.
