Legal Question in Immigration Law in Philippines
my brother applied for an immigrant petition to our mother, then 70+ y/o. she was denied for overstaying in US prior to the petition and was banned for 10 yrs after the denial. Its been 10 years now and she's 80+. What do they need to do next? Will my brother re-apply for the petition?
