denied a K-1 visa

I filed a k-1 visa and was denied that there was evidence the fiance was legally married..... Now were legally married.... Will a K-3 visa be accepted for her to come to america

If your wife now had a subsisting marriage previous to your marriage with her, your marriage is void for being a bigamous marriage. In view of this, you cannot petition her on a K-3 visa. Please email me at [email protected] for clarification or further inquiries.
