discrepancies regarding my civil status
hi im a filipina i have 3kids im not married to their biologocal father it just so happened in their birthcerficate the biological father put date and marriage place which really dont have marriage happened and now im married with an australian and in my cenomar its appeared the truth now im going to apply for spouse visa and i wanted to bring my kids along.what do i need to do to settle this problem.thank you!

you have to file a Petition in Manila for the correction of the entries in their Birth Certificate. This is the only process by which the mis-declaration can be corrected. IF corrected, through court order, you can proceed with our spousal visa in Australia.
